Chainsaw Sprocket Knucklehead and Tank : Steel Road

A brief history of tales of glory and of madness of  these old road rats who can't stop rockin'. This is chrome Plated Slide Guitar Blues Rock at its best: The Album "Steel Road" is due for release in March 2009. This little gem is a full tilt, Petro-chemical, Rockin' Biker  Blues album. The song samples are available for a listen on the music pages. This is more of a studio album, but it was riven with a lot of dying of band member friends and family the final straw was when the drummer died, but out of all of the death came this album and here it is.

Chainsaw Sprocket Knucklehead and Tank: Black Denim Trousers

The original Aussie Biker band singing songs of madcap Biker Lifestyle and the freedom of the open road. of living a life to the full and excess with a capital X. Their songs are of the poolrooms and truck stops of the highway, a petro-chemical journey thru the badlands of outcasts and 1% percenters of the world of Bikerdom. The Album is leaning heavily towards the Blues with acoustic trax such as "Dragon Rider" and "Hell Hounds On My Trail". The title song "Black Denim Trousers" is a resurrected hit by the Cheers a vocal group from the fifties, but CSKT have driven a Harley right through it and turned it into a chainsaw symphony of slide guitar and a rockin' rhythm section and screaming vocals. The track "Reefer Madness" is a little item from the 30s by Sidney Bechet just goes to show you, they were all puffing away back then. "HD Pete" is a song about a guy in Mullumbimby In OZ fixing his Bike and "White Line" is the about the road back home. Harley Heaven" is about a Bike shop in Melbourne In OZ , I believe my drool is still on the window.
